I'm an Australian personal trainer and I eat a pack of $6 Yum Cha pork gyozas from Woolworths every

An Australian personal trainer has shared the ‘ultimate’ snack he recommends for weight loss – and it’s an affordable treat from the supermarket.

Freezma, from the Gold Coast, was impressed by the Yum Cha Japanese Pork Gyoza from Woolworths – with each $6 packet containing just 320 calories and 28g of protein.

The quick and easy meal is great for a snack or light lunch and takes minutes to prepare.

Sharing a video on TikTok, the young fitness coach grabbed a packet from the frozen section and flipped it over to show the nutrition label.

The Ultimate Low Calorie Snack For Losing Weight in Australia ??? Honestly these are insane! Only 320 calories for the whole pack ? Great for a snack or even a lunch meal. You’d be shocked how filling these are! Sometimes if I want to save more calories for my evenings/dinner I will have these lunch and be left with so many calories for the rest of the day ? #australia #dieting #diet #food #hack

‘If you’re trying to lose weight and live in Australia, what I’m about to show you is going to be an absolute game changer,’ he said in the video.

‘Now I might get in trouble for this because if this goes viral these could sell out and my girlfriend has them in her diet every single day.’

He then showed the nutrition label on the back of the packet.

‘You can eat this whole pack of gyozas – all ten of them – for only 320 calories and hit 28g of protein! Absolutely unreal,’ he said.

In the caption he added how the amount of protein you get for such a low number of calories is ‘insane’ – and claims the gyozas keep you full.

The video has since been viewed a staggering 1.4million times and the gyozas are currently unavailable to purchase on the Woolworths website.

‘Love my gyozas staple in my diet. lost 15kg so far. I add them in low sodium broth with heaps of green leafy veg for a longer fuller feeling,’ one wrote.

‘I was literally in Woolies today looking for something like this! Now I know which one to get. Thanks for the tip!’ another said.

However, others pointed out one downside to the meal and say there’s ‘too much sodium’.

‘High in sodium, so in moderation,’ one wrote, another agreed and said: ‘Sodium [is] way to high.’

The label states there’s 218.8mg of sodium per serving or 875mg per 100g.
